Return Policy
At elitesky.co, customer satisfaction is our top priority. You have 03 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The perfume bottle is received damaged, leaked, broken, defective, or incomplete.
- You received the wrong product or a different variant than what you ordered.
- The package was delivered unsealed or tampered with — please report this immediately.
All items must be in their original, unused condition with seals, labels, and packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup or direct you to the nearest return point.
Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been opened or used.
- Requests for exchange due to preference in fragrance notes or bottle design are not accepted.
- Products bought during sales or promotions can only be exchanged if the wrong item was delivered.
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, all perfume items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or incorrect on delivery.
Proof Required: For any claim, clear photos or videos showing the issue must be shared with our support team within the 3-day window. This is mandatory for us to process your request.
